Paul has held many prominent roles in his career, including Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, CFO, and Director at successful public companies in the strategic minerals sector (including discoveries through to feasibility stage, green energy, battery metals and uranium) and the technology sector (including software solutions and artificial intelligence). A prime example of Paul’s collaborative expertise was his active involvement in a partnership between his company – International Enexco (TSXV: IEC) – and Cameco (TSX: CCO). The two companies partnered on a uranium project that was eventually sold to Denison Mines (TSX: DML). Paul has raised approximately US$120 million in working capital for his corporations. He has managed subsidiaries and projects in Canada, the United States, South Korea, Mongolia, and China. He’s been directly involved in partnerships, joint ventures, asset sales, license agreements, and mergers and acquisitions between his companies and numerous corporations ranging from start-ups to multinationals with market capitalizations exceeding US$600 billion.
Jim Guilinger, QP (Geologist)

Jim has more than 40 years of experience in the rare earth industry. He’s been the project
manager and technical lead on rare earths projects throughout the U.S., including Wyoming,
Nevada, and Arizona. Jim has completed numerous industrial and strategic minerals market
studies, analysis, and investigations for clients and companies around the world. Jim is the
Chief Operating Officer at Bradda Head Lithium (LSE: BHL) and has been a private consultant
for more than 20 years through World Industrial Minerals (WIM). Prior to forming WIM, Jim was
the Director of Exploration and Development in Mexico for Eldorado Gold (NYSE: EGO) and
managed numerous industrial minerals, precious, and base metal projects. Jim is a Qualified
Person (QP) for completion of NI 43-101, JORC, AIM and SAMREC stock exchange
qualification reports.
Jessie Friend

Jessie is the local business expert in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has overseen brand and business
direction from start-ups to divisions of multinationals including Panavision. His experience
includes assembling sales and marketing teams that work globally. Jessie is also a fleet advisor
for Boom & Bucket, a modern marketplace for everything related to heavy equipment for the
mining industry, renewable energy companies, pipelines and more. Jessie brings to Selten
Metal exceptional negotiating, business management, budgeting, financial reporting, and team
building skills.
Jason Felsman
QP (Geologist)
THOR Project Manager
Jason has more than a decade of experience working as a consulting geologist and project
manager. His list of clients includes Agnico Eagle (NYSE: AEM), Newmont (NYSE: NEM) and
others. Jason possesses an extensive rare earth background, having held the Senior Geologist
role with Rare Element Resources (OTCQB: REEMF). His project management expertise
includes drill program planning and management, and he has extensive skills and experience in
mineral property evaluation, project mapping and sampling. Jason is highly proficient in GIS:
ArcGIS & QGIS and experienced in Petrographic and Micro-Analytical Techniques (SEM, LA-
ICPMS, CL). Jason completed his geological studies at the University of Arkansas: B.S., and
University of Idaho: M.S.
James Clark (Geologist)
Senior Project Consultant
James has more than 40 years of experience as an exploration geologist for a variety of
commodities, including industrial minerals, precious, base, and specialty metals. His career
spans 33 rare earth prospects across three continents. In 1998, James founded Applied
Petrographics to provide petrographic and microanalytical services to the mining industry. His
clients include Barrick Gold (NYSE: GOLD), Newmont (NYSE: NEM), Hecla (NYSE: HL),
AngloGold (NYSE: AU), CVRD, Quest Rare Minerals, and Rare Element Resources. Prior to
this, James worked for a variety of mining companies, including Molycorp, Hecla, Newmont and
Rare Element Resources. During his time at Hecla (NYSE: HL), he played a key role in
identifying Rare Element Resources’ current Bear Lodge REE resource and the property’s
underlying gold mineralization potential. While at Rare Element Resources, James served as
VP of Exploration. He has extensive experience in exploration and mineralogical studies of
commodities related to alkaline igneous rocks, including REE’s, niobium and gold.
