THOR and the Critical Four
The Critical Four rare earth elements considered most valuable to a sustainable future are not often found on the same project: Selten’s THOR is a remarkable exception.
The Critical Four consist of: neodymium (light), praseodymium (light), dysprosium (heavy), and terbium (heavy). These four elements were responsible for over 90% of total value of the global total rare earth oxide (TREO) consumption last year. Why?
